As the Learning Manager at Chameleon Software, I created their online help site.
Case Manager is industry-leading, cloud-based and very customisable software.
It's a client database, case management and billing system specifically designed for the health industries.
I developed the help site's core content until end 2021.
This includes the technical writing, graphics and animated explainer videos.

I created the following infographic to accompany an explanation of Single Sign On (SSO) with Janison CLS.

In 2010 cloud-based systems were less well-understood than they are today.
Observant develops fully integrated farm information management systems.
They needed to show customers how they worked.
I developed this diagram for them, which was further revised in-house.
